Here is the boy's choice of footwear these days. I don't know why. Maybe they're worried they might run into a random patch of snow......in July......when it's 95 degrees out?
When I asked them why they insisted on wearing boots in the summertime they said, "because it's cool." I'm guessing they meant cool as in "fashionable and attractive", not cool as in "refreshingly free from heat."
I'm sorry to break it you boys, but these boots fall under neither definition of cool.
They don't seem to care.

Hey have you seen our fashion trends with diapers and rainboots and nothing else (well Matthew's trends)? Yes we have many trends too when it comes to boots!
Rad. Calvin can be in their club; he wears his pirate rain boots everywhere, and I don't complain because he can put them on himself.
Just make sure that you tell them that they don't want to be remembered as the "boys who wore moonboots." We all remember at least one of those. They won't listen to you. But then, at least, 15 years down the road...you have a very solid I TOLD YOU SO!
How could you possibly get mad at those two cute faces. They have more love to share than most boys. I can tell that they are loved immensely by a mother that has taught them a thing or two about fashion.
I think you make up all those stories of them being really, incredibly naughty. Those cute little guys look perfect angels from over here in Boston!
