Signs Of My Favorite Season

Something wonderful is happening around here…

-And…we’ve busted out the sidewalk chalk. You know it’s warm weather around here when my driveway and sidewalk are full of color-

Spring has arrived!

It has arrived…along with my beautiful new niece Lucy Elizabeth Bergeson! Congratulation Karen and Zack!

-Isn’t she beautiful!-

Today, to celebrate spring, I’m cleaning out my closet and switching winter clothes to spring. I love doing that, but I do it with caution. Did you know that 95 percent of Utah winters include at least one snow storm? I’ll keep a warm sweater out just in case.

*Something funny….If you scroll back up to the pictures of the boys, you’ll notice a bump on the right side of Jonathan’s forehead and a similar one on the left side of Jeffrey’s. They had a small collision. Happens ALL THE TIME!

Yay for Spring flowers and sunshine! Unfortunately, there is fresh snow on the ground in Cache Valley. :(

I cannot get over the smell of earth coming back to life. I could sit outside and dig all day. I <3 spring. Love those twins and their bumps!

Those bumps on the head look like child abuse to me.

It's definitely "springier" in some places. Denver is also way ahead of Cache Valley. My daffodils had better wait 'til I get home before they do their blooming thing!

Yeah, for my favorite time of year. I'm so ready for a sunnier day (in more ways than one). Love those cute boys bumps. I wish Katie Marie only had a bump on her head. Your photography is beautiful. Love the daffodil shots.

I love Spring too. I also really, really love the bumps on the boys' heads. I also love the daffodil growing out of Jeffrey's head. I love sidewalk chalk.

Oh, and I also kind-of like that new baby those people had.

You're headed to spring, and we're seeing the first signs of winter. I'll trade you. I really, really, miss my grandkids today.
