Sometimes I feel like my weeks are so boring and slow that I'm searching high and low for projects to keep myself busy. Other weeks I can hardly find time to breath. This week is going to be one of those. It seems as though I've got obligations and things to do every minute of every day. My to-do list consists of various items, from shopping at Albertson's on double coupon day, to throwing a Valentine's Day party for Mary Kate's school class. I hope I can keep everything straight. I've made a list, but I'm not sure I've remembered everything. When things get this busy I inevitably forget a few important things.
I'm not complaining, mind you. Weeks like this are stressful, but in some ways I enjoy them. When I'm really busy, the days seem to fly by quickly, which is good during the winter months, and at the end of it all, I feel a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
I'm going to bed because I know I'm going to need the rest. Tomorrow I kick off the craziness with laundry and typing up a handout for a Relief Society class. Wish me luck!
P.S. Intuitive Eating blog people who are still reading: I'm taking the week off and won't be posting. You'll have a chance to catch up if you're behind. We will resume readings next week if anyone still wants to.

You can do it! If anyone can, you can, and I'm sure you'll find some fun moments to laugh about along the way!
You should see my extensive lists this week Jill!! Insane! I told myself I could quickly check blogs this morning, and then the laptop is going to work with my husband so I'm not tempted to shirk my work duties. How much self control do I have?? Wish I could send all the food with him to.
I'm almost caught up on reading. A week off would help me get there...then again...I'm super busy....I bet I won't. I'm going to St. George on Friday, maybe I can read on the way down!!
Good luck to you!
Since you're so busy anyway, could you do a couple things on my list? Like update my blog, write Christmas notes for the past 10 years, clean my house (ha ha... you think my room was bad when I lived with you???), and find me a husband?
Jill - you are the bomb.
Jill I hear you sister. And I'm glad you're taking the week off because now I will have time to catch up and write all the things I've been wanting too.
Sweet busyness. I'm glad I found this blog after so many weeks (years?) of not finding it.
Holidays are hard on the room moms. Im sure you do an amazing job.
