Jill -

Love these. Fun to read.

My dad forwarded your email to us - as he wanted the opinion of others on the topic. I laughed pretty hard reading the exchange.

My response to him was this:

"When you are disputing Jill's claim that you are fanatical about exercising, you actually recommend that she check your exercise logs.

Decades of daily excel spreadsheet exercise logs...fanatical? Clearly not you."

Love you Jill. Give the kids kisses for me...

Good List Jill. I totally agree with all of these. Hope you get your wish list granted someday, especially your sick neighbor. Love you all.

Um, yes, I recently discovered that you can watch the current Masterpiece Theater show online. So I've spent many good hours neglecting my children while I try to watch Tess of the D'Ubervilles or Wuthering Heights. I think of them as my soap operas.

Great lists. I have to concur that the tomato soup at Paradise Bakery is to die for. LOVE it.

Thanks for playing along! I loved reading yours! And I wish I would have wished for a maid, too - you must have poor-aiming little boys like mine!

I'm glad you like my music. Garreth thinks 50% of the songs I put on are totally lame, so it's nice that someone else likes my playlist!!!

Jill - Thank you soooo much for your help with the posters - you truly are one of the most talented people I've ever known!!!!! So much creativity and talent in one person should be outlawed!!!

Thanks for your example and friendship - you bless so many people's lives!!!

Love ya!

You'd better forward that e-mail to me since I just cannot stop exercising (either that or I haven't stepped into my running shoes for months, I can't remember). Jill, you are a funny writer and I love your blog.

I think Mike and I went to Bombay House once. We need to go again.

Maybe I'll do this tag when it's spring... :-)

Can you imagine if we really could meet Lincoln? That would really be something!! I'd actually settle just for meeting Doris Kearns Goodwin. That's lots more plausible...right?

Love your wish list. I'll need to try some of your restaurant suggestions. I don't get out nearly as much as I should.
