I've started another blog. Ever since reading a book my cousin gave me about three years ago and discovering the ideas in it, I've wanted to share it with other people. So.... I'm starting an Intuitive Eating group via a new blog. Click here to see what it's all about. If you like what you see (what you read) feel free to join us. I think you'll like it.
